Only Sangiovese grape, Montecucco DOCG, a warm and full-flavored wine with fruity and floral notes, enriched with hints of vanilla. A full and structured wine perfect with pasta courses with game sauces, grilled or stewed red meats, aged cheeses.
Only Sangiovese grape, IGT Toscana, a fresh wine with good acidity, with a sharpening bouquet with notes of fruits and flowers. Hand harvest with grapes selection, fermentation at a controlled temperature and maceration for 15 days. Aging and refinement: 3 months in stainless steel and 6 months in 6 hl oak tonneau. At least 3 months in bottle.
The result is a ruby red wine with purple shades with an intense bouquet with traces of cherry, wildberries and violet.
Sharp taste with tannins well binded to the alcohol and excellent acidity level. Long lasting and persistent, it leaves a floral and balsamic sensation, ennriched by a wide freshness.
A full and structured wine perfect with pasta courses with game sauces, grilled or stewed red meats, aged cheeses.
