Today is a beautiful day for us … we have been informed by fax that we have been awarded at the 38th National Wine Competition “Premio Douja d’Or 2010” for our Montecucco Sangiovese 2006 “Lavico”. The only prize in the Grosseto area, which makes us particularly happy because it confirms that the search for quality pays off and that the path we have taken is the good one. Competing with more than a thousand quality wines, representing 438 wineries, from all 21 Italian regions and bringing back an award reassures us of the efforts and stimulates us to try to do better and better.
